Allu Arjun Faces Setback at Nampally Court; 14-Day Remand Issued

Allu Arjun has encountered a legal setback at the Nampally Court, where he has been issued a 14-day remand in connection with the Sandhya Theater stampede case. The actor’s quash petition, which seeks to dismiss the FIR against him, is currently under review in the High Court. His legal team requested the court to wait until the High Court delivers its verdict. However, the court dismissed their plea and remanded Allu Arjun instead.

Given the court’s decision, there are possibilities of the police transferring Allu Arjun to Chanchalguda jail. However, with the ongoing High Court hearing on his quash petition, clarity regarding his remand status will only be determined after the High Court’s judgment.

Should the High Court also reject the petition, arrangements are reportedly being made to transfer Allu Arjun through the back gate rather than the main entrance. In addition, security measures near Chanchalguda jail have been heightened with an increased police presence to ensure a smooth transfer.
