Tollywood’s young and talented actor Akash Jagannadh is aiming for a hit with his upcoming film ‘Thalvar’, hoping to strike a blockbuster this time. Helmed by debutant director Kasi Parasuram, the film was officially launched today with a traditional pooja ceremony in Hyderabad.
The grand launch event was graced by numerous renowned film celebrities, like actor Karthikeya, writer Vijayendra Prasad, director Bobby, Buchi Babu Sana, and many others. Writer Vijayendra Prasad clapped the clapboard, while director Bobby switched on the camera, and director Buchibabu Sana directed the opening shot. Actor Karthikeya presented the script.
Touted to be an action entertainer, the film is backed by Bhaskar ELV under the banner of Warnick Studios. The filmmakers unveiled the first look today, showcasing Akash Jagannadh in a fierce look. In the first look poster, he was seen wearing a light blue denim shirt filled with blood stains.
The technical crew includes Kesava Kiran as the music composer, Trilok Siddu as the cinematographer, and Ayila Srinivasa Rao as the editor. Slated for a pan-Indian release, the film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
It is reported that the film’s shooting will begin soon with an ensemble cast and will hit theaters in summer 2025. More details about the film will be revealed soon. Stay tuned for further exciting updates!
