Actor Adi Pinisetty, who will portray the villain in the upcoming film Akhanda 2: Tandavam, praised Balakrishna as a “force of nature” in a recent interview. Directed by Boyapati Srinu and featuring Samyuktha as the female lead, the film marks a highly anticipated collaboration between the actor and director. Adi described Balakrishna as an inspiring powerhouse whose dedication and perseverance offer valuable lessons to those around him.
Discussing his role as the antagonist, Adi said, “Every person has both good and bad traits, and villain roles allow an actor to explore a wide range of emotions. Positive roles are engaging, but villainous characters provide greater scope for performance and creativity. It is exciting to play a role without limits in a film of this scale.”
Akhanda 2: Tandavam is currently in post-production, with Balakrishna recently completing dubbing while CGI and re-recording work are ongoing. The film crew confirmed that all post-production work will be finished by the end of August. The socio-fantasy action entertainer is slated for a worldwide release on September 25.
