Actor Rajeev Kanakala Served Notice In Land Fraud Case

Tollywood actor Rajeev Kanakala has been issued a notice by Rachakonda Police in connection with a land transaction dispute involving a flat located in Survey No. 421 under Peddamberpet Municipality and Pasumamula Revenue limits on the outskirts of Hyderabad. According to police, Kanakala had sold the flat to film producer Vijay Choudhary a few months ago through a registered transaction.

Subsequently, Vijay Choudhary is alleged to have sold the same property to an LB Nagar resident, Shravan Reddy, for ₹70 lakh. When Reddy went to inspect the flat recently, he reportedly found no trace of the property at the stated location and suspected foul play. Upon confrontation, Choudhary allegedly tried to dismiss the issue and later threatened Reddy, who then lodged a complaint with Hayathnagar Police. A case has been registered against Choudhary, and Kanakala’s role in the initial sale is now under investigation.
