Prominent actor and writer Posani Krishna Murali has responded to Minister Konda Surekha’s comments on the divorce of Samantha and Naga Chaitanya, as well as remarks about Nagarjuna. He demanded that Konda Surekha apologize to the gentleman Nagarjuna’s family, stating that he has known her for thirty years and considers her a good person, but questioned why she spoke ill of Nagarjuna. He emphasized that Nagarjuna is not a person who harms anyone and criticized speaking against such a good individual. He also remarked that it is inappropriate to discuss Rakul Preet Singh, who is married and living in Mumbai.
Speaking to the media today, he stated that he has always stood up for the film industry and referred to it as his “mother.” He declared that he would always be on the side of justice. He noted that everyone in the industry condemned the verbal attack on Nagarjuna’s family, but criticized that Balakrishna’s family had not responded. He questioned whether they could expect an apology from Balakrishna, who had once commented that daughters should be held and cherished.
He expressed distress that some are implicating him in the Akkineni-Konda Surekha incident. “I am being targeted by mouths that did not respond when comments were made about Pawan Kalyan in the past,” he stated. He challenged anyone to prove that he insulted Pawan Kalyan, saying he would cut his throat live if they could. He commented on the past conflicts between the families of Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan.
