Hyderabad: Actor Mohan Babu has approached the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in connection with a case involving an alleged attack on journalists. In his petition, he also requested the court to prevent the police from proceeding with further investigations into the matter.
The incident took place three days ago outside Mohan Babu’s residence, where a tense atmosphere ensued. Journalists had gathered at his home to cover a family dispute and ongoing legal issues. According to reports, Mohan Babu reportedly showed aggression, verbally abused, and assaulted some journalists, forcibly pulling them inside his residence.
As the situation escalated, the Pahadi Shareef Police Station registered a case against Mohan Babu. In light of increasing demands for his arrest, he filed a petition in the High Court seeking anticipatory bail. The High Court, led by concerned legal authorities, is expected to deliver a crucial verdict soon, with significant attention on the proceedings.
