Stating that Delhi and Amaravati are working together for development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the whole world is watching the speed and capability of India and Andhra Pradesh. He has praised the development of Andhra Pradesh under the coalition government in 16 months as a double engine.
Addressing a public meeting on ‘Super GST-Super Saving’ in Nannur in Kurnool district, the Prime Minister described AP as a home of self-respect and culture. He emphasized that there are endless opportunities in AP. He emphasized that there is youth power in science and technology as well.
He praised the strong leadership of AP in the form of CM Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan. He assured that the central government is also providing support to AP.
“The whole world is watching the speed and capability of India and AP. Google will become a subsea gateway through the AI data center. This project will turn Visakhapatnam into an AI and connectivity hub. This project will serve India as well as the whole world. The development of AP is very important for the development of India”, he said.
Similarly, PM Modi said that the development of Rayalaseema is equally important for the development of AP and these projects will create jobs in every district of Rayalaseema and they will open new doors for the progress of Rayalaseema. Stating that industrial development will accelerate with the projects, he said that more employment opportunities with the Orvakal and Kopparthi industrial corridors.
‘By 2047, our country will become a developed India. The 21st century is the century of 140 crore Indians. Connectivity in AP will be strengthened with several projects. The projects will boost industries and raise the living standards of the people. Energy security is key for the development of the country. The country’s energy efficiency will increase with transmission projects,” Prime Minister Modi assured.
“Electrification has taken place in every village in the country. Per capita electricity consumption has increased to 1400 units. Adequate electricity is being provided to households as well as industries. Gas supply to 15 lakh households through natural gas pipeline. Chittoor LPG bottling plant has a capacity to fill 20,000 cylinders daily”, he added.
PM Modi said that mevelopment of multimodal infrastructure projects to achieve the goal of Vikasit Bharat and connectivity will further improve with the Sabbavaram-Sheelanagar highway. “We are moving forward with the goal of Vikasit Bharat by 2047. The goal of Swarnandhra Pradesh will give more strength to this resolve,” he said.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu praised Prime Minister Modi as the leader who will protect the future of all of us. He said there is no doubt that the 21st century will belong to Modi. Prime Minister Modi said that the right leader for the country at the right time. He said that the country is very lucky to have a leader like Modi.
He made it clear that despite working with many Prime Ministers, he has not seen a leader like Modi. He said that Modi is working continuously without any rest. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of projects worth Rs. 13,429 crores that have been built and are to be built in many places across the state. Governor Justice Abdul Nazeer, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, Nara Lokesh and others were present.
