State BJP chief Rao says spirit of Nationalism is Mantra for a Strong Nation

Telangana state BJP President N Ramchander Rao said everyone must work hard for success and there were no shortcuts for it. He was speaking at” Seva Pakhwada” programme as chief guest which was organised by BJP MLC and Seva Pakhwada convenor Malka Komaraiah at Delhi Public School, Nacharam. The program was aimed at fostering a spirit of service among the public by recognizing individuals who are constantly serving the community.

Stating that success was only possible through perseverance even if you face failures, Rao said political leaders should work not just for politics, but also with a focus on service. Calling to encourage students from school level itself in the sports, he said there was a time when despite a population of 100 crores India struggled to win a single medal in the Olympics.

“But now there is a growing interest in sport among children. Sports serve as an alternative path to overcome bad habits and it was crucial for the goal of a  Drug-free Nation”, he said. He also emphasized encouraging the spirit of nationalism among the youth and called youth women and every citizen to come forward to protest the country.

Citing an example of Israel,  Rao said every individual aged at 18 in Israel was required to complete three years of military service as a prerequisite for getting admission in the university. Despite facing many challenges and wars, Israel has emerged as a strong   “Survival  Country “, he said  and added that  “Though it is the youngest and one of the smallest nations, today it is one of the strongest nations in the world because of nationalism”.

He stressed that the country developed not because of communism, socialism and capitalism. But only because of nationalism, Rao called upon the youth, women and every individual to come forward for the security and development of the nation.

Who were: D N Reddy, former Vice-chancellor JNTU, A Kodandrami Reddy- Renowed India Film Director, Mrs Padmaja Reddy Gaddam- Indian Kuchipuri Dancer and Padmashri   award winner, Lt colonel N Seshagiri Rao- Military Personnel, Group Captain Kondapall Sai Suman-Rtd Airforce, Chintala Venkat Reddy -Innovative farmer and Padmashri award winner, Dr Sai Baba Goud-Indian Ophthalmologist and Padmashri award winner, Chintakindai mallesham- Inventr and padmasshri award winner, Smt J J Sobha- Indian Athlete and Arjun award winner, Anum Kumar Yarma- IndianFigure Skater and ARjun award, Thota Murli Kishna IPS- Retired Additional CP ( Admin), Dr Sasaradha Raa Reddy-Orthopedic Surgeon and Kumari Shrivalli Rashmika Bhamidipaty- Indian Tennis player.
