IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh said that the ArcelorMittal plant is coming up in Anakapalle and that the work on the ArcelorMittal steel plant will start in November itself. He said that this will be a testament to the rapid progress of industrial activities. A huge steel plant with an investment of Rs 1.47 lakh crores ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steels are jointly starting this huge industry with an investment of Rs 1.47 lakh crores near Nakkapalle in Anakapalle district, he said.
He expressed the opinion that this project will be the largest steel plant in the South till 2033. He said that the establishment of this plant will provide employment and employment opportunities to thousands of people. He said that 2020 acres of land have been allocated for this in Nakkapalli mandal.
The Minister revealed that all the permissions will be granted to the company during the Zoom call for the establishment of this plant. Lokesh said that with this huge investment, the shape of the Anakapalle area will change and it will develop industrially. Minister Lokesh has set a target to attract huge investments at the CII Partnership Summit to be held in Visakhapatnam on November 14 and 15.
Minister Nara Lokesh revealed that an agreement will be signed for the establishment of a Google data center at this summit itself, as well as plans are being prepared for the development of an Aero Space city. Lokesh said on this occasion that there will be all kinds of government support for those investing in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Minister Lokesh said that big companies are coming to the state only under the leadership of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. He clarified that Andhra Pradesh is a state that is conducive to investment and that Fortune 500 companies are looking towards the state. He assured that the AP government will provide full support and cooperation to those who come to invest in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
