Bathukamma Achieved Two Guinness World Records

The fame of Bathukamma, unique to Telangana state, has spread worldwide. It has achieved a world-famous Guinness record. The Bathukamma program held at the Saroornagar ground in Hyderabad has achieved two Guinness World Records. It created this record as the largest folk dance and the largest Bathukamma.

The Bathukamma program was held at the Saroornagar stadium with the aim of achieving the Guinness record. A huge Bathukamma measuring 63 feet high was set up. Bathukamma celebrations were held with 1354 women at a time. Women danced rhythmically around the huge Bathukamma.

All the women danced and sang around the huge Bathukamma decorated with flowers from the sea. Minister Seethakka sang the Bathukamma song and entertained. Miss World Opal Suchatha, Ministers Seethakka, Jupally Krishna Rao, Hyderabad Mayor Gadwala Vijayalakshmi and others enthusiastically participated in the program.

Minister Jupally Jupally Krishna Rao said that we should spread the fame of Bathukamma to the world and praised that Bathukamma means Vimalakka, Vimalakka means Bathukamma. He congratulated everyone who worked for the Guinness Book of Records. He urged that women should fill the lives of all.

“We should spread the fame of Bathukamma to the world. Bathukamma means Vimalakka. Vimalakka means Bathukamma. Congratulations to everyone who worked for the Guinness Book of Records. Adabidda should fill the lives of all”, he said.

Minister Seethakka said that women have shown that they can achieve anything from the village to the global level. He revealed that women can take the lead in any field and the program was successful with two months of effort.

“Women have declared that they will achieve anything from the village to the global. Women will take the lead in any field. The program was successful with two months of hard work,” said Seethakka.

Miss World Opal Suchatha also participated in this ceremony. Miss World, who danced Bathukamma along with the women, said that the Telangana culture and celebration will be different. She urged women to rise with their own strength. She revealed that she is happy to participate in this program as a woman.

 “Women’s power should be recognized. Women should rise with their own strength. I am happy to participate in this program as a woman. Telangana culture and celebration will be different”, Opal Suchatha said.
