The coalition government has been in power for over a year and a half. This government has introduced many schemes. Moreover, it has also changed the names of various schemes. But the AP Assembly staff does not recognize this fact. Due to this, there is widespread discontent against the attitude of the assembly staff.
Particularly, ministers and MLAs of the ruling coalition are unable to digest their attitude. They are angry as even after the change of the government in the state with a massive mandate last year, the influence of the previous government has not left them yet. This was reflected in the proceedings of the monsoon sessions of the assembly which began on Thursday.
During question hour, several members are wondering that in the answers supplied to them and also in various documents provided to them the staff continue the practice of mentioning the names of the various schemes displayed during the YSRCP government.
Many are protesting against this. It is a known fact that the coalition government changed the name of the scheme implemented by Dr. YSR as Arogyasri to Dr. NTR Vaidya Seva. But it is noteworthy that the Assembly Secretariat has not yet acknowledged this matter.
During the question hour, the Assembly staff posted two questions mentioning ‘Aarogyasri’. Moreover, the word ‘Arogyasri’ is being used repeatedly. There is a discussion going on that this is an example of how the Assembly staff is still acting negligently even after a long time since the change of government.
On the first day itself, State IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh expressed his anger over the excessive behavior of the marshals in the Assembly lobbies. When Minister Lokesh was coming out of his chamber.,the marshals rushed to ask others in the lobbies to leave.. to leave.
To this, Minister Nara Lokesh immediately asked them what business they have in the affairs of the members? Do you still think that we are under the rule of Tadepalli Palace? They were taunted. Minister Nara Lokesh advised the marshals not to interfere in the affairs of the MLAs, but to ensure that outsiders do not enter.
