Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has made it clear that all the officers should treat Swarnandhra Vision 2047 document as a  Bhagavad Gita, Bible and Quran. He directed the administration to work hard to keep Andhra Pradesh at the top along with the development of India. He suggested that the collectors should take decisions from a humane perspective and implement policies, not bureaucratically.

Speaking at the inauguration of a two-day Collector’s conference, he concluded that the level of satisfaction will be the measure of all the services provided by the government. He clarified that the responsibility of properly implementing the policies formulated by the government lies with the collectors.

The Chief Minister clarified that the first year of administration has been completed and it is time to work responsibly. He concluded that results will not be achieved if we do not work with special focus. He revealed that although he is strict, the officers who worked under him have received national recognition.

He recalled that only officers who worked under him have been appointed as secretaries of the Central IT Department 3 times. He said that Duvvuri Subbarao, who worked under him as the Secretary of the Finance Department, has become the Governor of RBI. He suggested that in view of the increase in technology, smart work must be done.

CM Chandrababu said that coordination should be maintained through things like AI and Data Lake. He said that RTGS services should be used for the implementation of schemes and programs. He said that ports and infrastructure have increased under the PPP method.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Chandrababu suggested that awareness should be created among farmers that excessive use of urea causes cancer. He revealed that cancer is in the list of top five diseases in AP. If urea continues to be used in this way, it will become number 1 in cancer. He said that from next year, urea should be used in a balanced manner only to the extent required.

He said that micronutrients should be given under supplements. He said that it is not right to think that if urea is used more, the crop will be higher. He ordered that Punjab should be seen as a case study for this. The Collectors’ Conference discussed the agricultural sector.
