Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu predicted that Narendra Modi will be the Prime Minister of India for the fourth time also. He said that miracles will happen in the country along with AP in the next decade. He made it clear that as a CM, he should think for the future.
Participating at a conclave organized by Way2News in Vijayawada, CM Chandrababu revealed what the shape of AP is going to be in the next decade. “We took very tough decisions in 1994. We won in 1999. After the government came in 1999, we worked with a sense of urgency. We could not balance it a little. But now we are doing a complete balance. We are creating wealth. We are providing it to the poor”, he said.
“Modi will be the Prime Minister of India for the fourth time. The NDA government will come in the state too. There is no need for any doubts”, he asserted CM Chandrababu said that organizing such a conclave by involving stakeholders in AP is a good development. He suggested that we should not only formulate a vision, but also work towards making it possible.
He said that Vikasit Bharat-2047 has been prepared at the national level and Swarnandhra-2047 at the state level. “20-25 years ago, when Indians did not have proper recognition, Telugu child PV Narasimha Rao initiated reforms. Since then, India’s development has become unstoppable. India will become number-1 by 2038. I think the Telugu people should play a major role in this”, he Chandrababu revealed.
He is confident of achieving double digit growth this year and to achieve a GSDP of Rs. 29,29,402 crore by 2028-29. There are plans to achieve a GSDP of Rs. 57,21,610 crore by 2029-2034, he said. He assured that the NDA alliance will take the responsibility of achieving this.
Chandrababu expressed confidence that the per capita income will reach Rs. 5,42,985 by 2028-29. “By 2029-2034, the per capita income will reach Rs. 10,55,000. We have made plans with specific thinking. There should be mega dreams. There should be determination. Then it is possible”, he added.
Even after the Vision-2020 document is realized, he said that it is not right to still have doubts about the vision documents. “In countries like India, there is a need to do both welfare and development in parallel. We are doing welfare through Super Six and funding development in the same way”, he said.
Stating that politics is important, he cautioned that we should also think about society. He mentioned that “if we had thought only about politics, Hyderabad would not have developed. Electricity reforms would not have come”.
