YSRCP former MLA Kethireddy Peddareddy has finally reached his home in Tadipatri, creating political tension. Peddareddy has been trying to reach Tadipatri since the coalition government came to power. However, he was able to set foot in Tadipatri. Despite several attempts, the situation is heating up due to objections and political challenges from local TDP leader and Municipal Chairman JC Prabhakar Reddy.
In the wake of warnings from Prabhakar Reddy that he will be stopped if Peddareddy comes, the police have been denying him permission to go to Tadipatri. In this context, Peddareddy has approached the High Court and the Supreme Court to allow him to go to Tadipatri. The district police took Peddareddy to Tadipatri after the Supreme Court recently gave clear orders to take him to Tadipatri.
He was taken to his residence in Tadipatri under the tight security of about 300 policemen. Prabhakar Reddy has been raising objections questioning Pedda Reddy about the alleged atrocities committed during the YSRCP’s regime. He declared that Pedda Reddy did not have entry into Tadipatri.
There was an atmosphere of tension in Tadipatri between the JC and Pedda Reddy factions for a long time. Due to this, the police also did not allow Pedda Reddy to enter the town. Due to this, Pedda Reddy first went to the High Court. Although it was positive there, the local situation was not favorable.
After that, the High Court Division Bench ruled on a petition filed that if Pedda Reddy enters Tadipatri, the problems will become complicated. On this, Pedda Reddy approached the Supreme Court.
Now, since Pedda Reddy promised that he would bear the cost of the security, the Supreme Court allowed Pedda Reddy to enter Tadipatri. With this, Pedda Reddy, after informing the local police, was able to reach his home town on Saturday. With Pedda Reddy entering Tadipatri after 15 months, his followers are flocking in large numbers.
With this, the police have made large-scale security arrangements. Pedda Reddy assured that he will cooperate with the police in every way. He assured that he will understand and solve the problems of the people of Tadipatri and work to maintain peace and security in Tadipatri.
