Urmila Gajapati has unveiled the biography of her father Pusapati Ananda Gajapati Raju as a book with literary values. The book, written with a collection of many life stories, is now popular across the country.
To commemorate the 75th birth anniversary of the late Pusapati Ananda Gajapati Raju, his daughter has written a biography book that comprehensively introduces his life stories. The book was launched by his brother, Goa Governor Ashok Gajapati Raju, at a special program organized at the Grand Bay Hotel in Visakhapatnam.
He explained that this book will remain an inspiration for future generations to remain in the minds of the people forever. Born into the Pusapati dynasty, Urmila Gajapati Raju grew up watching the academic affairs and political aspects of the monarchy. She studied abroad and organized many service programs for the people of her own region.
She decided to write a book on the life of her father Ananda Gajapathi Raju, who served as the traditional trustee of the Simhachalam temple, a member of Parliament, and a minister. She has written the book in that direction and is receiving praise from celebrities.
“With the encouragement of family members, I collected many things about my father in a very few days. I briefly explained about him and brought it in the form of a book. I have unveiled it by including the service programs he did and other aspects. His thoughts should not be between 4 rooms. I have written the book so that the world knows about him”, said Urmila Gajapathi.
Bhimili MLA Ganta Srinivasa Rao said that it is a great thing to bring the services done by Ananda Gajapathi Raju and his thoughts in the form of a book. Even though he is not physically present, his daughter is very happy to share his memories and educational and religious programs with everyone.
Ashok Gajapathi Raju says that this book, dedicated to the memory of Ananda Gajapathi Raju, who has remained immortal in the minds of the people, is inspiring to many. Similarly, the family members expressed their happiness that the writing ideas in Urmila give them great joy.
