Not vote chori, Rahul Gandhi’s Brain chori, slams state BJP chief Rao

Reacting strongly on the allegations of TPCC president Mahesh Kumr Goud on “vote chori”,  Telangana state BJP President N Ramchander Rao termed the comment as “ Brain Chori”  (Mind theft). Denying allegations Rao said Congress party won the elections including eight MP seats also with the same voter list and election machinery as BJP won the elections in TElangana.

He lamented that Congress leaders have been leveling baseless allegations after “Brain Chori of Rahul Gandhi”,  he said while addressing a BJP booth level members meeting at Indur in Nizamabad district. He asserted that Telangana would experience  a major change in politics, the change of party in power.

He made it clear that the people of Telangana have realised that the ruling Congress party is also following the same path as previous BRS government which had betrayed people and failed utterly to fulfill their aspirations. Stating that present MLAs and MLCs and ex-MLAs and ex-MPs of Congress and BRS have wanted to join BJP,  he said the party would extend a welcome to such leaders of opposition parties and there will be a “political change” in coming days.

Rao appealed to people to support BJP in coming local body elections and give a chance to BJP in next Assembly elections in 2028 which is the only party that can bring prosperity in Telangana. He expressed hope that the party would win the Nizamabad Zilla Chairman post in local body elections.

Alleging nexus between Congress and BRS, Rao said while Congress party has a secret deal with BRS to get protection from “vote for note” case, BRS wanted favours in “phone tapping case”. He challenged the Congress government to hand over the Kaleshwaram Project corruption case and the phone-tapping case to CBI and accused both parties of colluding to protect each other.

Raising the issue of shortage of Urea in the state, Rao clarified that the central government has supplied surplus Urea to the state to meet the demands of farmers. But, he accused Congress leaders of creating artificial shortage of Urea and blaming Modi government to cover its failures of mismanagement and black marketing of Urea.

Rao extended heartfelt birthday wishes to BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind and commended him for his continuous efforts to solve public problems and instil courage in the hearts of party workers. He appreciated him for extending Rs 25 lakh worth services from his trust on the occasion of his birthday. He also appreciated persistent work of the MP for the establishment of the long pending demand of Turmeric Board in NIzamabad.
