TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu said that the parliamentary committees should be formed with 34 members. He met with the three-member committees formed for the formation of parliamentary party committees at his residence in Undavalli and said that the parliamentary committee should have seven vice-presidents, official representatives, executive secretaries and secretaries along with the president.
He directed that the appointment of parliamentary committees should be done in a very transparent and disciplined manner. He said that social re-engineering should be done in the appointment of committees and strong leaders from all walks of life should be given opportunities. He cautioned that if dummies and weak people are put in place, the government and the party will suffer losses.
Chandrababu suggested that party leaders should be more responsible when in government. He said that opportunities are being given to the youth. He said that all the schemes are being implemented as promised in the Super Six. He said that the Super Six was a super hit and a hit program will be organized in Anantapur on September 6.
He said that many promises in the manifesto have already been fulfilled and that the timely implementation of the schemes will get a good response from the people. He said that every section has been benefited in some way and doing these works in a year is a great step forward. He said that party leaders should go around among the people and interact with them to increase the positivity among the people.
Chandrababu lamented that the YCP was a poisonous tree and the problems and benefits of the people were unnecessary for them. He alleged that the main goal of the YCP is that there should be no discussion on welfare schemes. He expressed anger that the pensions of the deserving people have not been removed, but the YCP is promoting that lakhs of pensions have been removed.
He cautioned that their politics is always going on with false propaganda and we should keep telling the people the facts. He said that if the YCP’s policies and conspiracies are explained with examples, people will understand. He said that one should not remain silent on false propaganda.
He said that the party should be strengthened and the TDP will be very strong institutionally. He said that the leaders should behave in a way that enhances the image of the party and the government. The party’s state president Palla Srinivasa Rao, Politburo member Varla Ramaiah, ministers, party leaders and others participated in the program.
