NTR, the Man of Masses, is on a roll with a series of consecutive successes. Following the blockbuster hit of Devara, he is currently preparing for the much-awaited release of War 2. In addition to this, NTR is also doing a new and interesting project with director Prashanth Neel. War 2, which is being released on August 14, is a milestone in NTR’s career because it will be his Bollywood debut.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 stars NTR alongside Bollywood’s largest star, Hrithik Roshan. A sequel to the 2019 mega-hit War, the film already has a significant amount of hype behind it among fans. The trailer that dropped only a couple of days ago has just added to that hype and the audience is looking forward to its release.
Following the work he finishes on War 2, NTR will turn his attention to an action thriller with director Prashanth Neel. Work on the film is already going at a fast clip, and NTR has undergone a make-over for the part, looking every inch cool and stylish. He hopes to finish shooting by November or December and move on to much-anticipated Devara 2 thereafter.
Director Koratala Siva is in the script and pre-production stage of Devara 2. If everything goes well, Devara 2 shooting is expected to start sometime during January – February time. The sequel is going to answer some key unresolved questions from the first film, which will ultimately raise further interest in the next chapter. All in all, out of all the upcoming films, Devara 2 is one of the most awaited films of the new year with lots of anticipation.
