Former Minister Jagadish Reddy Refutes BRS Merger Into BJP

Strongly refuting BJP MP CM Ramesh’s claims that BRS Executive President KT Rama Rao approached him with a proposal of merging his party with BJP, former BRS minister Jagadish Reddy made it clear that even there would be no alliance with BJP.

Alleging that it was a plot engineered by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and TDP leaders spreading such speculations to defame the BRS, he recalled that long back KCR himself declared there would be no alliance with BJP, even if he lost his life. He asserted that still his party is keeping its stand on the same words.

He recalled that first such speculations were spread by them during Lok Sabha elections. He felt that there is no need to give credit to the claims of ‘power brokers’ like CM Ramesh, He strongly felt that KCR will not accept even BJP itself wanting to merge with BRS.

Jagadish Reddy said that KCR had said that BJP is not a party that will work for Telangana. BRS ideology is different from BJP ideology. Alleging that CM Ramesh’s proximity with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy wellknown, the former minister said that CM Ramesh is staying at Revanth Reddy’s house located in 23rd bungalow on Tughlaq Road in Delhi. He asked him if he wanted to show that CCTV footage?

Moreover, Jagadish Reddy revealed that CM Ramesh told him that he had earlier joined BJP only after intimidation. Wondering about Ramesh’s claims KTR approached him to get relief for Kavitha from court cases, he asked that the matter is before the court and how can BJP help her get relief? How can KTR say that the party will be merged with the BJP to save her from the case?, he wondered.

Jagdish Reddy made it clear that they stand by KTR’s allegations that  a BJP MP had mediated in the Kancha Gachibowli land case. He alleged that BJP, Chandrababu Naidu and Revanth Reddy are playing dramas together according to a plan. CM Ramesh, who said that the Ruthvik company is not mine, questioned whether he would stick to those words?

Strongly objecting CM Ramesh bringing caste politics into Telangana, he asked unlike AP, are politics and Telangana movement revolved around caste?
