The Telangana government has granted permission for a ticket price hike and paid premieres of the upcoming historical action film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, starring actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan.
The film will have its paid premiere on July 23 at 9 PM, a day ahead of its official release. The government has allowed a ticket price of ₹600 (excluding GST) for the premiere shows.
The film is scheduled for a full theatrical release on July 24. From July 24 to 27, theatres are permitted to run five shows per day. During this period, multiplexes are allowed to charge up to ₹200 per ticket (plus GST), while single-screen theatres can charge up to ₹150 (plus GST).
From July 28 to August 2, the government has extended permission for five shows daily, with revised maximum ticket prices: ₹150 (plus GST) for multiplexes and ₹106 (plus GST) for single-screen theatres.
The decision is aimed at supporting the film’s commercial prospects amid strong fan anticipation.
