Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said Telangana is ahead in attracting investments and Hyderabad is competing with global cities in development. He assured that the Congress government is providing the country with a future city.
He said that Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Kerala are competing in development. Inaugurating the ‘Malabar Gems and Jewelry’ manufacturing unit in the Industrial Park in Maheshwaram of Rangareddy district along with Minister Sridhar Babu, he made it clear Hyderabad is competing with world cities.
Revanth Reddy said that Hyderabad city does not compete with any other city in the country. The CM described it as a competition with world cities. He said that the Vision-2047 plan has been prepared keeping in mind the next 100 years. He said that consultants from India and abroad are working for the development of Hyderabad city.
Revanth Reddy explained that we are providing protection to investors and helping them to run their businesses profitably. “Our government is working to develop Hyderabad city as a business hub in the country to attract investments in the state of Telangana”, he said.
“The Congress government is going to present the fourth city, Bharat Future City, to the world. Bharat Future City is under the Maheshwaram Assembly constituency. We want to present the Telangana Rising-2047 Vision by December 9, 2025, so that it can compete with the world, and with that vision document, we want to plan what the state needs for the next 100 years and make it competitive with the world”, Revanth Reddy added.
Earlier, Minister Sridhar Babu said that the manufacturing sector in Telangana is developing rapidly and is growing by more than 9 percent. He explained that the government has approved the Green Industrial and New MSME Policy-2025. The minister revealed that 4,200 applications have been received for setting up new industries in the state.
Sridhar Babu said that 98 percent of the applications are being processed within 15 days. He said that permissions are being given transparently and quickly through the single window system.
