The highly hyped project is being produced by Naga Vamsi under the renowned Sithara Entertainments banner, with Venky Atluri helming the venture. The director who had given a sleeper hit with Lucky Baskhar is now looking to take it a notch higher with this pan-India release.
The regular shoot of the film commenced last month with the producers eyeing an early 2026 theatrical launch. Talking about the project, Venky Atluri has come out with the word that the story revolves around a unique and new concept. The content is engaging with an aspect of commerciality in it — with a blend that had worked in his earlier hits.
To make the most of its audience, the movie is being filmed in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously, and the production house intends to dub it into several Indian languages to reach a pan-India viewership. According to insiders, the producers are weighing the title “Vishwanathan & Sons” right now, which is supposed to strike a chord in all language markets.
The movie has Mamitha Baiju as the lead opposite Suriya. Supporting them, the cast will include a host of popular actors from the Telugu and Tamil film industries, enhancing the movie’s popularity across regions.
