Rayachoti people shocked After Two Hard-core Terrorists, Hiding For 30 Years Arrested

Rayachoti people in Annamayya district were shocked after Tamill Nadu ATS officials arrested two hard-core terrorists, who were hiding there for the last 30 years.  The Intelligence Bureau has identified that brothers Abubakar Siddiqui and Mohammed Ali, who are renting houses in the Kothapalli area of Rayachoti and are running a saree business, were planning to carry out massive bomb blasts behind the scenes.

Mainly, in 2011, they planned to detonate bombs in Madurai during the Rath Yatra of BJP leader LK Advani. The plan to detonate a pipe bomb during the Rath Yatra was hatched by the locals and informed the police. The bombs were defused. The two brothers are also accused in the 1995 bomb attack on the Hindu Munnani office in Chintadripet, Chennai.

The two are the main accused in the parcel bomb blast case of the same year and in the seven bomb blasts in Chennai, Trichy, Coimbatore and Kerala in 1999. There are also cases against them in the murder of Dr. Aravinda Reddy in Vellore, Tamil Nadu in 2012. They are accused in the bomb blast case at the Malleswaram BJP office in Bengaluru in 2013. There are charges against them in the conspiracy to blow up bombs in Tamil Nadu and Kerala in 1999.

There are up to 10 cases against the two brothers in Tamil Nadu. The Tamil Nadu government as well as the Central Intelligence Bureau officials have also announced a reward of crores of rupees for their arrest. Terrorists Abubakar Siddiqui and Mohammed Ali, who escaped from Tamil Nadu, have been living in Rayachoti for the past 30 years without any suspicion.

They have married local women and are living in rented houses and are engaged in the saree business.

However, Intelligence Bureau sources have identified that behind the scenes, terrorist activities are being carried out vigorously. The IB has collected solid information that they are in Rayachoti.

To catch them, IB officials have been staying in Rayachoti for two months. They roamed in disguises, sold snacks, and monitored the movements of the terrorists and their homes. Finally, the houses of the accused were identified and with the help of the local police, two of them were arrested and taken to Chennai.

When the police and IB officials inspected their houses, it was learned that books and ammunition related to terrorist activities were found. It seems that some explosive materials were taken to the district SP office and the process of detonating them was initiated. On the other hand, locals say that the terrorists’ family does not talk to anyone.
