Chandrababu Angry over 15 MLAs Absent At TDP Meet while on Foreign Trips

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu expressed his anger over those who were absent from the Telugu Desam wide-ranging meeting held on Sunday at the party central office. He became impatient towards their casual attitude towards party functions and asked did other work take precedence over party activities?

The Chief Minister particularly became serious about the 15 MLAs who were absent from the meeting and were abroad. He warned that it was not right to stay away from the people in the constituencies. He expressed his impatience that as many as 56 of the invitees were absent.

Chandrababu also cautioned them that he has the accounts of how many people came in the morning, how many left after signing, and how many were present till the end of the meeting. He strongly said that there will be a future only if we are united with the people. He said that it is better for those who frequently travel abroad to stay abroad.

It seems that TDP chief Chandrababu had a long discussion with ministers, MLAs and MPs on the issues of the manifesto. The CM gave directions on how to take the implemented promises to the people. Chandrababu expressed his dissatisfaction with the MLAs who were negligent in their duties.

Chandrababu Naidu wondered if some first-time MLAs were advising him. He said that MLAs who are confined to giving advice without working cannot be leaders in the future. He expressed dissatisfaction that some MLAs were non-serious. Those who do not come to the meeting, what will they do in your constituencies?, the TDP chief asked.

He said that the first step in good governance is a door-to-door campaign, which will give ministers a leeway from government reviews. He issued instructions to campaign door-to-door at the field level.

At the same time, Chandrababu warned MLAs who travel abroad frequently to stay there. He cautioned them that he knows who has booked tickets for ATA, TANA programs in the USA. He gave a sweet warning that if they return saying TANA and ATA, he will respond with TATA.
