Versatile actor, writer, and director S.J. Suryah is making a much-awaited return to direction after a decade, with his ambitious Pan-India film Killer. Known for delivering blockbusters like Vaali, Kushi, and New, Suryah is now taking the reins once again — this time for a project close to his heart.
In Killer, Suryah not only directs but also pens the story, screenplay, dialogues, and plays a key role, promising his creative touch at every level.
The film is a joint production of Sree Gokulam Movies and Angel Studios, Suryah’s home production house. The movie is being produced by noted producer Gokulam Gopalan, with V.C. Praveen and Baiju Gopalan being co-producers, and Krishnamurthy working as executive producer. Sri Gokulam Movies, whose credentials are already well established through its blockbuster ventures in Malayalam cinema, is now making inroads into an even bigger market with this mega venture.
The producers announced that Killer will be released in five big Indian languages with a huge Pan-India outreach. With a novel concept at its center, the movie is being made as a cinematic event that appeals emotionally to all audiences.
The project will feature some of the biggest names in Indian cinema, both in front of and behind the camera. The casting and technical team details will be announced soon.
With Killer, S.J. Suryah is not just making a comeback — he’s aiming to redefine his legacy.
