Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has expressed his deep anger over YSRCP chief Jaganmohan Reddy’s criticism of the prestigious ‘YogAndhra’ program undertaken by the state government, which has set a Guinness record. Chandrababu has strongly refuted Jagan’s allegations that public money is being wasted for the ‘Yogandhra’ program.
“In some cases, it is unnecessary to even talk about some people. It is ridiculous that people who spent hundreds of crores of rupees for the construction of Rushikonda Palace are now making such criticisms,” Chandrababu said. Indirectly accusing the previous government of misusing public money, he made it clear that it is not right for such people to criticize public welfare programs like Yoga.
He sternly warned that anyone who tries to damage or tarnish the reputation of the state will not be ignored. “We will educate the people by explaining how to control such a demon (referring to those who mislead the people),” Chandrababu said. He indirectly warned that the people themselves will enlighten those who want to obstruct government programs.
Chief Minister Chandrababu reminded that the Yoga Andhra program is intended for the health and mental peace of the people, and the Central Government has also provided its support for this. “The Central Government has allocated Rs. 75 crore for the Yoga Andhra program. We have undertaken this program for the well-being of the people,” he explained.
He said that yoga is very good for the health and mental peace of the people, and he advised people to refrain from making unnecessary criticisms of such programs. He said that yoga is not just a physical exercise, it develops mental peace and a positive attitude. He said that the health and happiness of the people is the aim of the government, and if it is working towards that, it is not appropriate to make empty promises.
The Chief Minister said that by organizing this program at the Guinness record level, the state has gained recognition worldwide and this has increased the prestige of the state. He warned that it is inappropriate to politicize such positive programs and that people are watching. Chandrababu made it clear that the government is committed to the development of the state and the welfare of the people and will continue its work regardless of criticism.
