Both the Congress high-command and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who is now in New Delhi said to have taken these comments seriously. Congress leaders met against Konda Murali and complained to the high command against him demanding to take action. While CM Revanth Reddy inquired about these developments from New Delhi, state party affairs in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan sought a report from APCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud.
