Icon Star Allu Arjun’s upcoming pan-India project with director Atlee has sparked widespread anticipation, with industry sources suggesting that the film is set to feature the actor in a superhero role. The project, being produced on a massive scale by Sun Pictures’ Kalanithi Maran, is reportedly in advanced stages of pre-production.
According to unconfirmed reports, the makers are considering Shaktimaan as the film’s official title — a nod to the iconic Indian superhero. While no official confirmation has been made, a formal announcement is expected soon. Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is said to be playing the female lead, and Allu Arjun is reportedly undergoing intense preparation for the role. Separately, Malayalam actor-director Basil Joseph is also rumoured to be in talks for another superhero-themed film with Allu Arjun.
