TTD has decided to make services in Tirumala completely based on technology providing AI-enabled services to devotees. It will use technology for this. Efforts are being made to make AI services available so as Darshan for every devotee provides through a permanent ID. Accommodation will also be implemented through a new system.
Similarly, it has been decided to implement an information system to solve the problems of devotees from time to time. TTD has made it a priority to provide devotees with darshan of Lord Sri Varu as soon as possible. Google has already expressed its readiness to provide artificial artificial intelligence (AI) at free of cost. The situation will be examined at the field level and the exercise will be completed to this extent.
TTD sources said that initially AI will be used in Tirumala on an experimental basis. It is expected that changes will be made according to the experiences encountered at the field level. Although some temples are currently using AI, it is confined to providing information to devotees.
TTD, on the other hand, will take help from Google for accommodation and various services along with darshan. Information will be provided to TTD at what time the number of devotees is highest. Accordingly, there will be an opportunity to make arrangements without any problems in the future.
With the help of AI, pilgrims will have the opportunity to know about the darshan procedures, dress code, and local rules to be followed. In the context of devotees coming from all over the country and abroad, information will be provided in the languages they need for their convenience.
Google will install AI cameras in Tirumala. This will help the police and vigilance personnel identify any suspects. It is believed that AI will be useful in curbing middlemen. As part of the implementation of the AI system, a permanent ID number will be given to each devotee.
It is said that in the future, that devotee will have to book darshan, services and rooms through that ID. TTD will have complete information about who has come for darshan of Srivaru and how many rooms they have taken. Devotees in Tirumala will have the opportunity to inform TTD at any time if they face any problems. Devotees will be given the opportunity to provide suggestions, opinions and advice.
