A massive response witnessed the teachers recruitment process, initiated by the AP government, as the time for accepting applications for the AP Mega DSC has ended. The DSC notification was released last month, and applications were received till May 15. However, this time, 3,35,401 candidates applied for this Mega DSC, and a total of 5,77,417 applications were received for all the posts.
Many candidates applied for more than one post as per their qualifications. Hall tickets will be available from May 30th. Candidates have been waiting for the DSC administration in AP for a long time. Although the DSC notification was released in 2024, it did not happen due to the election code. After that, the coalition government that came to power canceled the old notification.
The present government issued a notification for the Mega DSC. Lakhs of people have been preparing for the exams for almost a year waiting for the DSC exam. With this, more than 5 lakh applications were received. As part of the AP Mega DSC, a total of 16,347 posts will be filled by the officials.
The maximum number of applicants for these posts was 39,997 from the joint Kurnool district. Only 15,812 people applied in Kadapa district. There were more than 7,000 applicants from other states. According to the schedule announced by the Education Department, hall tickets will be available from May 30th. These can be downloaded from the website https://apdsc.apcfss.in.
Candidates will be able to easily get these with their login details. From May 20th, the option to write mock tests will be available on the website. The AP DSC exams will start from June 6th and will be held till July 6th. These exams will be conducted in the CBT format. The preliminary keys related to these exams will be released within two days of the completion of the exams.
Objections will be accepted for 7 days after the release of the preliminary keys. The final key will be announced 7 days after the deadline for receiving objections. The merit list will be released 7 days after the release of the final key.
