Tollywood actor Bellamkonda Sreenivas has found himself in the spotlight for the wrong reasons after allegedly violating traffic rules in Hyderabad. The actor was caught driving his car on the wrong side of the road in the Journalist Colony area of Jubilee Hills, leading to swift intervention by traffic police.
According to eyewitnesses, Bellamkonda was personally behind the wheel when he entered a one-way stretch from the wrong direction. A traffic constable stationed nearby noticed the violation and immediately stopped the vehicle. Upon recognising the driver as the young actor, the constable questioned him regarding the breach.
Bellamkonda reportedly did not argue and reversed his vehicle, exiting the area without further confrontation. However, the incident was recorded by onlookers and quickly circulated on social media platforms, sparking public debate over traffic discipline and equal enforcement of the law.
As of now, Hyderabad traffic authorities have not issued an official statement regarding any penal action against the actor. The viral video has prompted calls from citizens for stricter enforcement, regardless of celebrity status.
