Prakash Raj Questions India’s Ceasefire Agreement with Pakistan

Amid escalating tensions between India and Pakistan following the Pulwama terrorist attack and Operation Sindoor, U.S. President Donald Trump intervened on Saturday evening, brokering a ceasefire agreement between the two nations. While the decision to halt hostilities has been met with mixed reactions, actor Prakash Raj has raised new questions regarding the ceasefire.

In a provocative tweet under the hashtag #justasking, Prakash Raj questioned the rationale behind the ceasefire. He compared the situation to the U.S. operation that killed terrorist Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan, asking why India’s actions were met with a ceasefire. “Dear Supreme Leader, when the U.S. entered Pakistan and killed the terrorist Osama Bin Laden who was hiding there, it was called justice. But why is there a ceasefire when India does the same? Can you tell us on which agreement this ceasefire was accepted?” he tweeted. His comments have sparked widespread debate on social media, with many questioning the government’s position on dealing with terrorism.
