The official announcement was made through social media, with a photo of the muhurat shot taken at the serene banks of the Ganga River, capturing the spiritual essence of the iconic ghats. Kiran Korrapati began his journey in the film industry as an assistant director and worked on several notable Telugu films, including Mirapakai, Veera, Touch Chesi Chudu, Tholi Prema, and Antariksham. He collaborated closely with actor Varun Tej and eventually marked his directorial debut with the 2022 sports drama Ghani.
With the film’s underwhelming performance at the box office, he turned as a producer in 2023 with an emotional drama, ‘Vimanam,’ directed by Siva Prasad Yanala. Now, two years later, Korrapati returns to directing, with a twist. This time, he ventures into Hindi cinema with an exciting film, marking his first step into Bollywood.
