YSRCP Suspends MLC Duvvada Srinivas Over Indiscipline

The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) has suspended MLC Duvvada Srinivas from the party, following complaints of indiscipline. The decision was announced through an official statement issued by the party on Monday.

According to the statement, the action was taken based on the recommendations of the YSRCP disciplinary committee, which investigated the complaints and submitted its report. Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy approved the suspension in line with the committee’s findings.

Duvvada Srinivas has been involved in a series of controversies in recent months, including his alleged proximity to Divvela Madhuri, remarks against actor-politician Pawan Kalyan, and a recent incident in which he reportedly threatened an assistant engineer from the electricity department over a phone call.

Leadership Changes in YSRCP District Units

In a separate development, YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy has appointed former minister Gudivada Amarnath as the party’s Anakapalli district president. Additionally, K.K. Raju has been named the new Visakhapatnam district president. The appointments were confirmed through a release from the party’s central office.
