Kesineni Nani Accuses Brother Chinni of Misusing Power, Urges CM Naidu to Act

In a dramatic turn of events, former MP Kesineni Srinivas, widely known as Kesineni Nani, has launched a scathing public attack on his own brother and sitting MP, Kesineni Sivanath (also called Kesineni Chinni). On Tuesday, Nani took to social media to voice serious allegations of corruption, misconduct, and misuse of power by Chinni—urging Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to intervene immediately.

Nani’s lengthy post accused his brother of leveraging the name of TDP national general secretary and state minister Nara Lokesh to engage in illegal activities. He had red flags against Ursa Clusters Pvt. Ltd., the company recently assigned coveted government land in Visakhapatnam at rock-bottom rates—3.5 acres of space within the IT SEZ and 56.36 acres at Kapuluppada.

Describing Ursa Clusters as a proxy company controlled by Chinni’s close allies, Nani alleged that it has deep links to controversial businessman Abboori Satish. He further claimed that Chinni and Satish had previously floated a firm called 21st Century Investments and Properties, which allegedly scammed hundreds of crores by collecting public funds and selling fake assets.

In his appeal, Nani urged the Andhra Pradesh government to immediately revoke the land allotments to Ursa, stating that such incentives should go to reputed corporations like TCS—not to entities with questionable backgrounds and political clout.

The former MP didn’t stop there. He went on to accuse Chinni of running a wide network of illegal operations, ranging from sand smuggling, unauthorized mining, and fly ash transport to gambling dens and real estate frauds. He alleged that all of this was happening under the guise of political patronage and misuse of Minister Lokesh’s name.

Nani expressed stern dismay that the conduct was giving a bad name to the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and threatening the developmental achievements of the state government. He urged Chief Minister Naidu to rein in such leaders like Chinni, warning them that their moves would destroy the image and fate of the party.

At the same time, Nani complimented CM Naidu on his clear developmental strategy, particularly commendations on assigning land to TCS in Visakhapatnam. He pointed out that all such steps were instrumental in attracting high-value investments, increasing youth employment opportunities, and making Andhra Pradesh an emerging tech centre in India.

Concluding his statement, Nani expressed hope that CM Naidu would give due attention to his complaint, take action against his brother’s alleged wrongdoings, and revoke the controversial land allocations to Ursa Clusters.
