In a dramatic incident, popular Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko reportedly fled his hotel room in Kochi. The incident happened on Wednesday at 11 PM and was caught on CCTV cameras, with the footage now circulating widely online.
According to the reports, on Wednesday night around 11 PM, the DANSAF anti-narcotics squad conducted a sudden targeted operation at the hotel where the actor was staying following a tip-off. As the actors reached the actor’s room, Shine Tom Chacko, along with his companions, had allegedly jumped from the second floor into a swimming pool and escaped from the emergency staircase.
However, there is no illegal substance found on the premises. This dramatic moment was recorded in the CCTV footage and has since gone viral, with speculation that the actor may have received prior warning before the raid.
The incident comes shortly after serious accusations made by actress Vincy Sony Aloshious, who recently shared a distressing experience that happened to her. Recently, she made a video alleging that a co-star misbehaved with her on the sets of Soothravakyam under the influence of drugs.
Although she initially shared her experience anonymously without mentioning the actor’s name, she later filed a formal complaint with AMMA and the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), naming Shine Tom Chacko, sparking widespread attention within the film industry.
Professionally, Shine was last seen in Ajith Kumar’s latest release, Good Bad Ugly. He has also gained popularity in Telugu cinema with films like Dasara, Devara: Part 1, Daaku Maharaaj, and many others.
