Actress Sreeleela, who is currently filming her Bollywood debut alongside Kartik Aaryan, was subjected to harassment by a few individuals in a crowd during a recent shoot in Darjeeling. The incident occurred while she was returning from the shooting location, accompanied by Kartik Aaryan and security personnel.
According to visuals that have since gone viral on social media, the actress was walking behind Kartik Aaryan when a group of overenthusiastic fans attempted to approach them. Despite security presence, a few individuals from the crowd forcefully grabbed Sreeleela’s hand and tried to pull her. The actress appeared visibly shocked and attempted to free herself before being swiftly escorted away by her team.
Sreeleela has earned significant recognition through her roles in multiple South Indian films and is now set to make her Hindi film debut in a romantic drama directed by Anurag Basu. The project is currently in production.
The incident has drawn widespread criticism online, with netizens expressing anger over the behavior of the miscreants and calling for stricter crowd control and better security arrangements for public figures during outdoor shoots.
