Thaman’s Changing Stance on Game Changer Songs Triggers Debate

Game Changer, starring global star Ram Charan and directed by the legendary Shankar, was one of the most anticipated films in recent times. With Kiara Advani and Anjali playing important roles, the movie had humongous expectations. Before release, Shankar and his team were actively promoting the movie, showcasing several factors that would make it a visual wonder.

Among the largest proponents of the movie was music director Thaman, who first pumped up the music. He even went to the extent of declaring that the Jaragandi track alone would be worth the cost of the ticket. But now his latest utterances on a podcast have left fans confused.

Thaman now asserts that one of the reasons the songs of the film failed to leave a lasting impression was the absence of hook steps. He even compared Game Changer with Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, stating that the songs of the latter were more successful as they had signature dance routines. This turn of events has brought forth a divided opinion on social media, with fans blaming him for contradicting himself.

With Game Changer remaining the subject of discussion among the fans, Thaman’s statements have further increased the hype, with the fans discussing whether or not the film’s music lived up to its potential.
