Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu made it clear that he will not tolerate any situation if there are problems with law and order and drone patrols are being conducted in this regard. He said that the accused must be punished within two to three months. Speaking in the assembly, he warned that if any one tried to commit atrocities against women, that would be their last day.
The CM clarified that the government has taken strict measures regarding cyber security and efforts are being made to establish cyber police stations in 26 districts and provide security. He made it clear that the government will not stand idly by if crimes are committed under the guise of politics.
He said that law and order will be kept under control using technology, and if some are indifferent, there is a possibility that they will get burnt. He deplored that some are falling into traps with emotions and are being tricked in the name of love.
Expressing concern that the witnesses in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case died suspiciously, and six people have died so far, Chandrababu said that a thorough investigation should be conducted on this. He said that this case is an example of how criminals conceal their identities.
He said that if Viveka’s daughter had not asked for a postmortem, it would not have been a murder case. Chandrababu lashed out at the TV that said it was a heart attack and that the YSRCP leaders had linked the murder case to him and spread misinformation. The CM clarified that he has been doing politics for 40 years without politics of murder.
The Chief Minister advised women that laws have no value if there is no awareness among them and suggested that every woman should use the Shakti app as protection. On this occasion, CM Chandrababu said that the responsibility of creating awareness among women lies with the MLAs.
He said that the Shakti app has been developed in a very powerful way and that even if the police are negligent, their failure will be recorded. CM Chandrababu Naidu claimed that party offices have never been attacked in a democracy, but during the previous government’s tenure, they were attacked with sticks and weapons.
