The much-awaited film ‘War 2,’ starring Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and Tollywood’s Man of Masses Jr. NTR, is among the most anticipated releases in Bollywood this year. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, fans are on the edge of their seats, eagerly waiting for the exciting updates. However, the production recently encountered a setback. It is reported that Hrithik Roshan has suffered a leg injury during an intense dance rehearsal with Jr. NTR for a high-voltage dance number.
According to the recent sources of Bollywood Hungama, “Hrithik Roshan really pushed himself during the rehearsals of the energetic song with Jr. NTR for ‘War 2.’ He got a niggle in his leg during rehearsals that was quite uncomfortable and when the doctors inspected his injury, they advised him to not risk it further and rest out his leg before he shoots this massive song.”
Fans, who have been looking forward to witnessing the dynamic duo’s dance performance, are disappointed by the temporary halt in filming. The shoot of the song has been postponed to May, but fortunately, this delay has not affected the film’s scheduled release on August 14, 2025.
War 2 is part of Aditya Chopra’s YRF Spy Universe and promises to deliver a grand cinematic experience. Kiara Advani plays the female lead alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR, adding to the excitement surrounding this highly anticipated sequel.
