Akhil Akkineni’s action thriller Agent could not find its feet at the box office even though it was one of the most awaited films in Tollywood. Directed by Surender Reddy, this high-octane spy thriller was delayed on several occasions before it finally released in theatres, sometime in 2023. Dishearteningly for fans, there have been no official updates from makers on its OTT release.
Now, ending all speculations, Agent is now all set to release on Sony LIV from March 14. This revelation has brought in a breath of relief to the fans of Akkineni waiting for its digital release.
Supported by AK Entertainments, the movie boasts Sakshi Vaidya playing the female lead, with Hiphop Tamizha producing an electrifying background score and music.
