Prashant Kishor and Nara Lokesh Meet in Delhi

TDP National General Secretary and Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh on Tuesday went on a significant visit to Delhi. He took off from Gannavaram Airport at 2 PM and reached the national capital by 4 PM. There, he was given a warm welcome by TDP leaders, BJP, and Janasena MPs from Andhra Pradesh.

As part of his schedule, Lokesh has scheduled a meeting with Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw tonight. According to sources, discussion is likely on major railway projects and infrastructural developments that can be crucial to the progress of Andhra Pradesh.

Prashant Kishor’s Meet with Lokesh Ignites Gossip
Lokesh also met Prashant Kishor, founder of I-PAC and well-known strategist, at 1 Janpath, the official residence of the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The meeting appeared to be staged, with Kishor dropping in directly after getting a briefing by Lokesh’s staff. That, however, remains the only detail reported about their discussion and has sparked intense rumour-mongering.

Just before the 2024 Andhra Pradesh elections, when many political analysts predicted YSRCP’s return to power, Prashant Kishor stuck to his prediction that Jagan Mohan Reddy would face defeat. He proved quite right in this case as well since YSRCP faced a disastrous defeat while the TDP-led alliance received an overwhelming majority.

Although Kishor originally founded I-PAC, he has since distanced himself from the organization, which is now led by his protégé, Robin Sharma. Notably, Sharma played a pivotal role in supporting TDP during the elections. Given this backdrop, Kishor’s exclusive meeting with Lokesh has set the political circles abuzz, hinting at possible future strategic collaborations.

With key political and developmental discussions unfolding, Lokesh’s Delhi visit is being closely watched, as it could shape important decisions impacting Andhra Pradesh’s future.
