Energy Minister Gottipati Ravikumar said that no one should believe the poisonous campaign being spread by the YSRCP that the free electricity scheme for SCs and STs in Andhra Pradesh is being undermined. He expressed his anger that YSRCP chief Jaganmohan Reddy, who has destroyed the electricity power system for the last five years, is now spreading lies every day.
He said that CM Chandrababu Naidu will rectify the system with his experience from such situations. Minister Gottipati criticized Jagan for not being able to tolerate the fact that the coalition government is providing quality electricity to the people of AP, and that is why he is spreading false propaganda.
He was furious that Jagan had started spreading lies due to lack of awareness about the benefits of Suryagarh and PM Kusum schemes. The minister said that people will come to know the benefits of these schemes in the long run. He said that farmers can be provided with better quality electricity for free through the PM Kusum scheme.
Gottipati revealed that quality electricity will be provided to household consumers through the Suryagarh scheme. He said that Jagan was impatient to see the NDA government taking up these schemes that Jagan had neglected.
Minister Ravikumar said that the Suryagarh scheme, which is being implemented on an experimental basis in Kuppam, will soon be implemented in the entire AP. He said that solar panels are being installed free of cost in the houses of SC and ST.
The minister said that CM Chandrababu Naidu will always be at the forefront in bringing about revolutionary changes in the country. Gottipati flagged that Jagan would also be at the forefront in spreading venom on any good scheme and destroying the system.
He said that the people of AP know very well the difference between the two regimes. Is there a single scheme that Jagan can be proud of in his five years of rule?, he asked. Minister Gottipati lamented that Jagan has pushed the state 20 years backward after people trusted him and provided one opportunity.
