No permission Required For Building constructions Upto Five Floors In AP

AP Minister for Municipal Administration Dr. Ponguru Narayana said that no permission is required for building constructions up to five floors in the state. The minister said that it is enough for the builders to apply online. He also revealed that all permissions will be granted if the fees are paid to the relevant municipality regarding the layout and buildings.

The minister attended a program held at Acharya Nagarjuna University. Speaking on the occasion, Narayana said that the government is taking steps to solve the garbage problem in the state. He said that permission has been given for waste management in Nellore, Kakinada and Rajahmundry.

He also instructed the municipal department officials to submit a comprehensive project report within 15 days on the management of issues such as roads, street lights and drinking water in the state. On the other hand, Minister Narayana said that the government is taking steps for the comprehensive development of all the districts in the state.

He said that the construction of the capital Amaravati will be completed in three years. Moreover, he assured that other areas will not be neglected and the government is making plans to develop Amaravati along with the 26 districts of the state equally. He made it clear that even though loans have been taken for the development of the state, the burden of that debt will not be placed on the people.

Narayana alleged that many industries were brought to the state between 2014-19, but the YSRCP has chased away the companies they brought during its five-year rule. He said that efforts are being made to bring industries for the development of the industrial sector in the state.

On the other hand, Narayana said that the tender process related to the construction work of the Amaravati capital will be completed by January 15. He said that the previous YSRCP government had also taken loans for houses that were not built in the state. He said that Rs. 102 crore had to be paid to the banks.

Narayana was angry that the YSRCP’s stance on the capital has not changed even though the people have rejected them. He was angry that they are spreading poisonous propaganda against Amaravati with a bias against the capital.
