Hyderabad: Actor Allu Arjun was released from Chanchalguda Jail on Saturday morning after being granted interim bail by the Telangana High Court. The court had approved a four-week bail in connection with the stampede incident at Sandhya Theatre, where he was remanded to 14-day judicial custody by the Nampally Court.
Allu Arjun’s legal team submitted a surety bond of ₹50,000 to the jail authorities. However, the delay in receiving bail documents from the High Court on Friday night resulted in the actor spending the night in jail before his release the following morning.
