Home Minister Anitha Get Relief In High Court From cheque Bounce case

Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha got a big relief in the High Court. The High Court dismissed the cheque bounce case filed against her in the Visakhapatnam Seventh Special Magistrate Court. When the hearing was held on Tuesday, Home Minister Anitha and complainant Vegi Srinivasa Rao attended the hearing through video conference.

Judge Justice Kripa Sagar spoke to both of them. He asked them whether they were settling this case through compromise? Can the case be dismissed in the court below? They told the High Court that they had settled this case. During the hearing in the High Court, the Home Minister’s lawyer explained the compromise issues.

He said that a memo had been filed stating that Rs. 10 lakhs had already been handed over to Srinivasa Rao. Another Rs. 5 lakhs was handed over in the form of a cheque to Srinivasa Rao’s lawyer in the High Court. The dismissal of the case has given Home Minister Anitha a huge relief. She has been freed from the case that has been a problem for a long time.

Vegi Srinivasa Rao alleged that Anitha gave a cheque in 2018 to repay the Rs. 70 lakh loan taken from him in 2015, which was not valid. To this extent, he filed a petition in the Visakhapatnam Seventh Special Magistrate’s Court in 2019 in the cheque bounce issue. Recently, a compromise has been reached between them in this case.

Home Minister Anitha filed a petition in the High Court to dismiss the case in the Visakhapatnam Court. The latest verdict to this extent was announced. This petition was also heard on the 3rd of this month. However, the High Court objected to the fact that the High Court did not say how the two reached a compromise.

When the following charges were made against Anitha, Srinivasa Rao explained to the court that he had not filed a false case. He said that he had compromised because he could not turn around for money. To this extent, the lawyer for Home Minister Anitha informed the court about the compromise. However, the court asked to submit the details related to the compromise. When the hearing was held on Tuesday, the case in the Visakhapatnam court was dismissed and a verdict was given.
