The rumors of the break up in the Manchu family went viral when an actor from the Manchu family was reportedly filing a police complaint stating that his father, Mohan Babu, assaulted him at their house. But Manoj later cleared out these rumors by saying that his father was not involved in such incidents. After the alleged assault, Manoj was seen exiting the hospital with bruises and could barely walk on his own.
The matter was clarified by Guruva Reddy, Circle Inspector of Pahadi Shareef. He confirmed that Manoj did not accuse any family member but had filed a complaint about an attack by ten unidentified assailants on him. Manoj claims that a group of them entered his house, hollered at the family, and physically assaulted him. He also mentioned that in the struggle, he attempted to arrest the attackers but sustained injuries. Manoj was worried about the safety of his family.
However, Manoj did not reveal the names of the attackers and nor did he clarify how he was the only person to be injured in the attack. Moreover, he accused Kiran Reddy Vijay Reddy for the mysterious disappearance of the CCTV footage of the attack. The investigation is still underway by the authorities.
