Union Minister of state, Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has lamented that Revanth Reddy’s government is now captive to urban naxals. He deplored attacks on Hindu temples in Bhagyanagar, like in Bangladesh. He warned that if the situation continues, Bhagyanagar would become another Bangladesh.
He pointed out that Telangana people are mocking Revanth’s language and lies, and that they do not recognize him as the CM. He predicted that Congress would finish in third place if elections were held immediately. He confidently stated that the saffron flag would dominate in GHMC elections.
Bandi Sanjay Kumar, who attended a public meeting addressed by BJP chief JP Nadda in Hyderabad on Saturday evening, blasted Congress for its failure in governance over the past year. He mocked Revanth Reddy for never fighting for public issues, farmers, women, or unemployed people.
He accused Revanth Reddy of making false promises, such as free bus rides, free gas, and free electricity, without delivering anything. He asked why the 22 lakh farmers’ loan waiver had not been implemented and why the promises to give Rs. 15,000 per acre to farmers and Rs.12,000 to agricultural laborers had not been fulfilled.
He accused Congress of failing to deliver on promises made to women, such as giving gold, scooters, and pensions to in-laws. He criticized Revanth’s promises of 2 lakh jobs for youth and asked how 55,000 posts had been filled when only 25,000 were notified.
He accused Revanth of deceiving unemployed youth, giving them false hope about job opportunities. Bandi Sanjay slammed the government for removing part-time lecturers and neglecting students’ needs, like fee reimbursements and basic facilities in schools.
He alleged that BRS and Congress are two sides of the same coin and they have colluded. When corruption worth Rs.1 lakh crore happened in Kaleshwaram, he said they compromised. He recalled that Phone tapping took place, but no arrests were made. Even when there was a scam in the Formula car races, no action was taken. Similarly, no action was taken in sheep and buffalo scams, he added.
