The popular entertainment portal IMDb has recently released its list of the most searched actors and actresses of 2024. Based on weekly rankings and real-page views from over 250 million visitors worldwide, IMDb compiled the list of stars who gained the most attention this year.
At the top of the list is actress Triptii Dimri, who saw a surge in popularity due to her roles in Bad News, Laila Majnu (re-released), and Bhul Bhulaiyaa 3. In second place is Deepika Padukone, followed by Ishaan Khatter in third. Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan secured the fourth spot, while actress Sobhita Dhulipala claimed the fifth position.
Sobhita’s ranking is attributed to her marriage to actor Naga Chaitanya and her role in Monkey Man. Following her in the rankings are Sharvari and Aishwarya Rai, who hold the sixth and seventh spots respectively. Actress Samantha ranks eighth, partly due to the release of the popular web series Citadel: Honey Bunny, in which she opened up about her health and personal life during promotions.
Rounding out the top ten are Alia Bhatt and Prabhas, who hold the ninth and tenth positions, respectively.
