Actors Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are all set to tie the wedding knot soon on December 4, 2024. Before their big day, their pre-wedding festivities have begun today.
With wedding preparations in full swing over the past few days, they officially commenced their wedding celebrations with a traditional Haldi ceremony. Photos from the event quickly went viral and were doing rounds on the internet.
In the photos, the couple was seen seated together with all smiles on their faces. Sobhita wore a stunning red Kanchipuram saree with a gold border and a long-sleeve blouse, while Naga Chaitanya looked at her fondly in a white kurta set. For the Haldi ceremony, Sobhita donned a yellow saree with a sleeveless blouse and minimal jewellery, as guests performed the traditional rituals.
After the Haldi ceremony, the Mehandi and Sangeeth functions will take place in the following days, leading up to their marriage on December 4. Their grand wedding will take place in Hyderabad at the Annapurna Studios.
It is reported that the lavish wedding ceremony will be attended by the renowned personalities from the film fraternity, business, and politics. Many stars from Tollywood, Bollywood, and Kollywood, including Mahesh Babu, Chiranjeevi, Rajinikanth, SS Rajamouli, and many more, are expected to grace the wedding.
There have been recent speculations that Naga Chaitanya and Akhil Akkineni might marry on the same day, but Nagarjuna has dismissed these claims, confirming that Akhil’s wedding is set for 2025.
